Use contact manager's filters and groups, and print mass mail to selected candidates in your ACT!, GoldMine, Outlook. These contact managers also integrate with common faxing software through your word processor and allow you to send mass or single fax messages. You can even set options to automatically record the time, date and name of any document you send in your candidate record’s history field.
