MySpace is the hottest social networking site. HitWise reports that MySpace has surpassed Yahoo Mail as the most visited site. MySpace is currently registering more than 150,000 new users each day and the average time a user stays on the site is close to 30 minutes each day.

Recruiters can benifit a lot from MySpace because more than 80% of the site's registered member fall into the age category of 16-32. Recruiters can use MySpace to recruit entry level employees, employees for the service industry and employees for middle level management.
