LinkedIn is the recruiter’s best friend. However, to make the most of LinkedIn, you got to try the following:
  1. Join relevant groups that have a lot of activity. It indicates that the group members are engaged and there is always some relevant discussion going on.
  2. Listen and actively participate in groups in which your candidates are a part of. It helps you build relationship with your candidates over a period of time.  
  3. When you share jobs on LinkedIn, ensure that it grabs the attention of your candidates and stands out from the crowd.
