5 tips for posting jobs on job boards

If you want to find the best candidates on job boards, you got to have a great job posting.

Try the following:

  1. Candidates search for job openings using keywords. Make sure you add relevant keywords that are related to the job opening including title, description, company info and benefits.
  2. Use job titles that are familiar. If your job title has an abbreviation, use it.
  3. Provide necessary information to your candidates - description, requirements, roles & responsibilities, company information and benefits.
  4. Don't just stick to one location; include surrounding areas and cities as well.
  5. Make your job posting easily readable and highlight important points.
