MySpace is currently registering more than 150,000 new users each day and the average time a user stays on the site is close to 30 minutes each day. Recruiters can benifit a lot from MySpace because more than 80% of the site's registered member fall into the age category of 16-32. Recruiters can use MySpace to recruit entry level employees, employees for the service industry and employees for middle level management.

Searching for Number Ranges in Google?

Here is a lesser known and under utilized search method you can use when searching for resumes using Google. You can even narrow down your search to zip codes. Let’s say you want to search for resumes in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Type the following string in Google. (resume | homepage) 63000..63199 You can provide a zip code range separated by 2 dots and no spaces in between the two numbers. This technique is not entirely foolproof, as many people do not put their home addresses on their Internet resumes.
